The Market

The Senior Services Industry is Booming!
Why? Because the senior citizen population will grow faster than the total population between 2000 and 2010, increasing the demand for senior services especially for healthcare, nursing and personal care.

Did You Know:
- Average life expectancy in the U.S. is approaching 80 years old and every day 6,000 people turn 65.
- Currently, there are 5.5 million seniors with long-term disabilities who need care and this number is expected to double by 2020 and to quadruple by 2040.
- By the year 2030, 13.8 million seniors are expected to need long-term care and 5.3 million of those will reside in nursing homes and other long-term facilities.


Strategy

(FEP) will initially focus their efforts on buying and running existing facilities with at least two years of financial records. Once the properties are purchased, each facility will be hard wired with Internet access, state-of-the-art amenities will be installed, and safety measures will be implemented ensuring a cutting edge, and safe environment. This course of action will be initially pursued as a way to efficiently utilize capital and establish a reputation within the community. Future projects may include custom build outs.

Management Team

(FEP) will be led by Bill Tinkler and Shandy Tinkler both Bill and Shandy have over 10 years experience in business in general and over 8 years experience working with the elderly and mentally handicapped (FEP) is looking forward to working with other experienced investors and advisors in the senior market. (FEP) will be looking to expand and to give all employees and partners opportunity to expand with them.

FEP's assisted living facilities will offer state-of-the-art living conditions reflective of the rapid advancements in technology and a growing need for quality housing. Our company is dedicated to a hassle free living environment in which our residents can enjoy all of the benefits of safe, attractive, and inviting atmosphere. Unlike many other assisted living facilities that are solely concerned with turning profits, our primary objective at (FEP) is to maintain the highest level of resident and employee satisfaction that is achievable. Our residents safety, happiness, and comfort are our main goals. (FEP) will maintain competitive market prices, while working toward expanding the number of facilities owned, and increasing total profits earned. Within the company we will strive to work as a cohesive, harmonious unit focused on exemplifying our mission. Just as resident satisfaction is an intricate part of FEP's success, so is employee satisfaction. That is why the founders of Flying Eagle Properties believe that employee satisfaction will make the company a success and will be the key to their longevity.


Initial focus will be to buy and develop existing facilities. We will modify and remodel the acquired real estate so as to meet (FEP's) standards and increase long-term assets and income. ALF's will predominantly be located in retirement neighborhoods targeting both health care professionals and individuals in need of care. . (FEP) fosters the ideals of the importance of residents needs along with healthy and understanding relationships and a professional commitment to satisfaction.

Flying Eagle Properties is created as a Limited Liability Corporation based out of Phoenix Arizona . It is owned by its principal investors, Bill Tinkler and Shandy Tinkler and future silent investors.

We will offer a higher level of quality in our facilities than the average ALF. This will allow for our residents who do not want their living situations to inhibit other residents privacy, and comfort or enjoyment in our facilities..

Each unit will be fully wired to the Internet via available modem jacks and/or ethernet access. If the residents desire to have the best Internet access, we will give them that option.

Our marketing and advertising costs will be low due to simple marketing strategies. However, the owner's expertise in visual layout and communications will help create a unique and aesthetic facility for our residents

The main competition (FEP) will encounter will be in Home care companies. We see this as a low threat to our market..

Sales Literature

(FEP) will have brochures available at all facilities. These will give the customer a general outline of our facilities and will explain the benefits of our assisted living facilities.. We will also have a monthly newsletter that we will send out to our partners/investors. This newsletter will inform them as to the growth and outreach of (FEP). It will also contain some human interest stories about our facilities and the residents.

Will also advertise in the local newspapers . Our marketing strategies are simple but aim to reach a large amount of people. The layout of our publications and advertisements will have a sophisticated and contemporary look without being overly formatted.

Fulfillment

(FEP's) key fulfillment will be provided by management's dedication to a higher quality of life for our residents. This is achieved through the solid network of caregivers, and cutting edge communications with all dedicated to helping (FEP). We are hard workers who will have a solid backing from our investors.

We will maintain a pool of professionals in which to pull from for our needed services. This will help us develop a rapport with our residents, employees, partners and investors and help us in maintaining our high expectations.

    Ethernet ports and/or modem jacks will be installed in each unit developed by (FEP)

    Access to a 24-hour copy/fax center located on the premises.

    Each facility will contain an emergency panic alert that will automatically go through to the manager and the local police department.

    In the future, (FEP) will look to give each department within the company the opportunity to become a more independent entity. This will make expansion efforts more efficient, and will provide specialists in their departments the chance to become more focused in their field.

    We will be conducting surveys in order to determine the best possible markets for (FEP's) and team members expansion.

The present team requires business development and administrative support. Most of the partners have been working in business environments where this kind of support was provided to them as part of a larger Team.
